Welcome to Wild Oryx Camp Bubbles

Please read the following terms carefully before making your booking. By confirming a booking, you agree to these Wadi Rum booking terms and Wild Oryx Camp policies.

1. Reservation Confirmation

Your Wadi Rum accommodation booking is confirmed only after full payment or deposit as specified in your booking agreement. We will send you a written confirmation email with all details.

2. Payment & Deposits

Payments can be made via credit card or the approved local payment gateway. Deposits, when applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Wild Oryx Camp Bubbles cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within X days of arrival may be subject to fees. Please review the detailed cancellation and refund policy for Wadi Rum bookings.

4. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to your reservation (dates, guest numbers, activity choices) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For changes, please contact us on WhatsApp.

5. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the booking.

6. Children & Age Policy

Children under 6 stay free of charge. Please review our activities pages for age and pricing rules.

7. Liability & Insurance

Wild Oryx Camp Bubbles is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to have their own travel insurance covering activities such as jeep tours in Wadi Rum, camel riding, etc.

8. Conduct & Safety

Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff during activities and while staying at the camp.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions).
