Welcome to Wild Oryx Camp! By making a reservation and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations and Payments
- Booking: Reservations can be made through our website, via email, or by phone. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made through the provided payment methods on our website.
- Currency: All prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Guest: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 3 days prior to your arrival for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and will be subject to a transaction fee of 5% .
- Cancellation by Wild Oryx Camp: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund and assist in finding alternative accommodations if possible.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: Check-in is available from [Insert Time].
- Check-Out Time: Check-out is required by [Insert Time]. Late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability.
4. Accommodation Policies
- Guest Limit: Each bubble tent accommodates a maximum of four adults. Children under the age of 6 stay free, while children aged 7-15 are charged 20 JOD per stay.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the bubble tents. Designated smoking areas are provided.
5. Activities and Tours
- Activity Booking: All activities must be booked in advance. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
- Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their health and safety while participating in activities. Please inform our staff of any health concerns or limitations prior to your activity.
6. Liability
- Personal Responsibility: Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Wild Oryx Camp is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your stay or participation in activities.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to camp property caused by themselves or their guests.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
